Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the term of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business processes, source code, system architecture, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planned Minds Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

  • In case of non-payment.

  • If the user breaches any term of this agreement.

  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, all rights granted to the client shall cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
